Waiting Rooms is a contemporary art exhibition exploring time, uncertainty, and the emotional weight of medical spaces. Rooted in personal experience, the work reflects years of navigating healthcare environments where waiting becomes a constant and often invisible part of life.
Through photography, mixed media, and installation art, the exhibition focuses on the in-between moments, the tension of not knowing, and the stillness and repetition that define the waiting room experience. Themes of mental health, medical trauma, caregiving, and resilience run throughout the work, offering a more human perspective on clinical environments.
This video features the full exhibition, opening night, and an inside look at the creative process behind Waiting Rooms. It provides insight into how hospital spaces, patient experiences, and long periods of uncertainty shape our understanding of time, vulnerability, and survival.
