Torrance Art Museum presents a very lively exploration of humanity’s obsession with mortality throughout art history and its intersection with motorcycle sub-culture post WWII. Liz Craft’s sculpture “Death Rider” leads the pack of a very well-rounded exhibition that allows visitors the opportunity to reflect on the concept of Memento Mori in a variety of mediums and approaches from the macabre to the solemn, from the whimsical to the profound.
